Alka Academy follows the journey of Ally, a young woman who was diagnosed with cancer and given only a few months to live. Her life takes a mystical turn when she encounters a white wolf in the woods with the full moon shining brightly and is miraculously healed. However, she soon realizes her newfound health came with a few extras and is sent to Alka Academy to learn how to control her new werewolf abilities and survive against the vampires she is told she will almost certainly encounter. But things aren't easy as she struggles with mood swings she can’t explain and realizes shifting might not be as simple as she was told. As time goes on, a question grows more and more in her mind. Why does her wolf not seem to understand how this whole werewolf thing is supposed to work?
